Q. Is the product dangerous?
A. If you have not used your Candle Lighter and it has one of the date codes that are being recalled do not attempt to use it. It will probably light in a normal way. A. No, Zippo is offering a replacement program that will provide customers replacement for any Zippo Candle Lighter that has the identified date codes.

Q. Who is paying for the recall?
A. Zippo is. Zippo will send you a SSAE to use and send you a free replacement Candle Lighter if you return the knob and completed Certification card.
